BCBA Leadership

Founding Clinical Consultant

Help build a high-quality ABA organization from the ground up while shaping its clinical vision, systems, and long-term direction.

Virginia
Primarily remote
10–15 hours per week

Consulting compensation based on experience

10–15 hours per week

Flexible consulting schedule
Occasional meetings in Virginia
Direct collaboration with executive leadership
Path to a full-time Clinical Director role
Build clinical systems and workflows
Support credentialing and accreditation readiness
Develop supervision systems for RBTs and BCBAs
Help recruit and mentor a growing clinical team

Active BCBA certification, Virginia licensure eligibility, 3–5 years of ABA clinical experience, RBT supervision experience, and strong knowledge of ABA ethics and regulatory requirements.
