About the Role
ABA Cruit is recruiting for a BCBA opportunity with an established, multi-state ABA organization serving the Salisbury, Maryland area.
What the Role Offers
Full-time salary up to $125,000
Part-time option at $110/hour
Up to 75% remote / 25% in person
Approximately 10 clients
25 billable hours per week

What You'll Do
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Analyze clinical data and update programs
Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
Provide telehealth and required in-person services
Requirements
Current BCBA certification
Maryland LBA required
Ability to provide in-person services in the Salisbury area as required
Licensure Support
Strong communication and organizational skills Support may be available for candidates who need to obtain their Maryland LBA.
