About the Role
ABA Cruit is recruiting for a BCBA opportunity with an established ABA organization serving clients throughout Maryland.
What the Role Offers
$110,000 full-time salary
30 hours per week considered full time
25–28 billable hours per week
Approximately 8–10 clients
Up to 75% remote / 25% in person
In-person travel reimbursed
Flexible scheduling based on client needs
Health insurance, mostly covered by employer
2 weeks PTO after 6 months
Maryland LBA costs reimbursed
Strong administrative support
No current waitlist
What You'll Do
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Analyze clinical data and update programs
Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
Provide remote services and required in-person support
Travel within Maryland as needed for in-person services
Requirements
Current BCBA certification
Maryland LBA required before starting
Willingness and ability to travel for required in-person services
Ability to work afternoon hours based on client needs
Strong communication and organizational skills Support is available for candidates who need to obtain their Maryland LBA, with licensing costs reimbursed by the organization.
